To enable us to more fully understand and appropriately handle your inquiry or the incident you are reporting, we may collect or obtain certain personal information about you and/or the individual(s) central to the issue or situation. You have the option of submitting your inquiry or reporting anonymously. If you choose this option, we will not collect your name or any other personal details.
Issues appropriate for reporting using this Ethics Helpline could include, but

We have in place reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Only authorized personnel, who have been made appropriately aware of our privacy obligations, are provided access to personal information.
We will complete the investigation in 30 business days and give you feedback accordingly. In any cases that the process has to be postponed, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and provide an expected completion date.
